Located near I‑285 and Flat Shoals Road, this facility houses our corporate offices and supports a wide range of manufacturing and pallet services, including:

  • Manufacturing hand‑built pallets for custom sizes and specifications that cannot be produced on automated nailing equipment
  • Cutting new lumber (cants) to specified dimensions using precision milling equipment
  • Disassembling damaged or odd‑sized pallets to reclaim usable lumber for reuse
  • Repairing GMA‑specification (48" × 40") pallets for resale

Located approximately 60 miles east of Atlanta, this is our largest facility and primary production hub. It houses three sawmills and automated pallet nailing equipment, allowing us to control quality from raw material to finished product.

  • Logs sourced from regional suppliers and processed in‑house to support quality and supply control.
  • Strict quality control over lumber type, grade, and dimensions
  • De‑dusting equipment to ensure clean boards and stringers

  • Mold treatment tank and two on‑site heat treatment kilns to support export and compliance needs
